Everyone covers their head inside. Bring a scarf or pick a rumal from the basket at the door.
Shoes off, hands washed
There is a shoe stand and a wash area by the entrance. Socks are perfectly fine.
Sit on the floor
Guests sit together on the carpet, men and women usually on either side. Chairs are there if you need one.
Be on time
The Laavan begin at 9:30 sharp and take about forty minutes. Langar is served right after.
