How it began

A rainy feast day
and one umbrella

The Feast of St. Francis Xavier, a sudden December shower, and one umbrella between two strangers outside the Basilica. Five years and a great deal of bebinca later, we are walking down the steps of the church together.

Getting to Goa

Fly in

Manohar International (GOX) in Mopa is about an hour from Panjim; Dabolim (GOI) is about forty minutes. We will run shuttles on the wedding day.

Stay

We have held rooms at Casa Azul, Candolim. Mention "Maria & Joshua" when you book for the family rate.

Weather

December is sunny and around 32°C by day, cooler by the sea at night. Bring sunglasses and a light wrap.
